This hotel is perfect for a night stay to catch a connecting flight the next day. The room was comfortable with a balcony. Staff was helpful. Free airport shuttle option is a bonus. But you have to reserve it in advance by contacting the hotel. I recommend the restaurant across the hotel.

Frustrating change of hotel, but it worked out OK.

Here is the point. Although I had made reservations at least 2 months in advance, we were contacted a few days before the start of our stay and informed they did not have a room available for us. They needed to place us in an associated property of theirs nearby. I expressed frustration and again asked if they would honor my reservation (already paid), but they said a room was not available. The free shuttle from the airport to this alternative property was efficient. The room in the new property was spacious and nice, but the company had informed me that there are no hotel staff at the property. We checked in and out via a key in a lockbox. The free shuttle back to the airport was efficient and nice as well. Things worked out, but Hotels.com should know that our original reservation was changed on me, and I could do nothing about it.

Nice big room, very clean. There was way too much light in the room and it was difficult to fall asleep. There was a very bright light in the bathroom that you couldn’t turn off. The staff was very nice and the shuttle to the airport was terrific. Drivers were very friendly

Herded like cattle, prevented from entering the room where you have to take a bus to your plane. Take a bus, and then you have to carry your luggage up the stairs to get on the plane. Barbaric indeed.

Very convenient for airport. Mini market, cafe, and restaurant next door were convenient for dinner and quick am coffee. Room was strret side and had some nice. Room was pretty warm, ac did not cool it off, and bed was not very comfortable. Bathrooms were nice and the room was clean and spacious.
