The lady in the lobby was really nice, the hotel was new and clean. There were many restaurants near the hotel. The only problem was that there was loud music until very late during some nights but it is not the hotels fault.

Excellent stay! Extremelly clean and fresh. Super friendly and kind staff. Great location literally 2 minutes from the metro station. Very comfortable bed and spacious bathroom. The only two suggestions we have for the owner are to add a small microwave as it is very inconvenient not to be able to heat food or milk for the kids and to invest in good pillows that don’t make noise. However, everything else was great and we had a fantastic time. We would definitely be back and, in fact, we will be recommending this place to friends and family. Thanks!!!

Wonderful stay, great location really close to metro but also walkable to main sights. Plenty of bars and restaurants in immediate vicinity. Modern well equipped suite with a huge balcony. Staff were friendly and helpful. Would absolutely recommend this property.

A fantastic, clean, beautiful boutique hotel with convenient mini kitchen and a lovely balcony. The hotel staff is amazing offering helpful advice and the best customer service possible. The receptionists (Nellie and Helen) and managers are so nice, responsive and effective. The cleaning staff is terrific. The hotel is safe and in a hip, cool area steps from the metro and around the corner from awesome cafes, restaurants and bars with affordable delicious Greek traditional dishes. We thoroughly enjoyed our 10 day stay here and would definitely stay here again. Thank you Athenian Spirit. You helped make our trip to Athens one of the best trips abroad we have taken. Wholeheartedly recommend!

A Truly Welcoming Stay at Athenian Spirit From the moment we arrived at Athenian Spirit, I was immediately drawn to the vibrant energy of the area — the hustle and bustle of Athens felt electric and alive. Our first impression was already a positive one: we were warmly greeted by a lovely lady (I wish I could remember her name!) who made our check-in seamless. The apartment itself was absolutely spotless — impeccably clean and well-maintained, setting a wonderful tone for our stay. What truly made our experience exceptional, however, was Eleni. We were lucky to have her looking after us during the rest of our visit. Eleni was incredibly thoughtful, always one step ahead of our needs, even anticipating them before we had to ask. Her warmth, attentiveness, and genuine kindness made us feel completely at home. She went above and beyond to ensure we were comfortable and had everything we needed — a rare quality that truly stood out. The apartment is located in a lively part of the city, with countless restaurants and cafes just steps away. Every spot we visited had friendly staff and delicious food, adding to the overall charm of our stay. Our time at Athenian Spirit felt more like staying with friends than just booking accommodation. I left feeling grateful, relaxed, and already looking forward to coming back. P.S. Eleni — we're so sorry we ate too many of your sweets! What a great place near metro station so easy airport access. Great restaurants nearby for breakfast and dinner. Terrace outside room was nice surprise. Area has great bars around. Don’t be put off about comments about surroundings. It’s Athens! Go to the roof for a great view of the acropolis.

Great hotel in a very handy location.

The residence was perfect for our stay. Being on the train line from the airport meant it is easy to get to. The staff member we dealt with was extremely helpful and the room was modern, very functional, immaculate and very comfortable. We would definitely stay again.
