It now has double glazed windows with excellent soundproof support for your comfort. Fast, fiber internet so you can work and stream seamlessly.

Just across the road there are multiple sandy beaches (free and paid) where you can enjoy a dive into the clean sea!

Enjoy the balcony with view to a green garden and extreme proximity to the sea (50 meters)

The whole house is available for the guests to use.

The apartment is located in Voula, an upscale seaside suburb! Buzzy Glyfada is only 1km away, an easy tram/bus ride!

Just around the corner there is a big super market, 2 bakeries, pharmacy, one of the best patisseries in Greece and a small tavern to buy souvlaki!

Parking is available on the street and free of charge.

The house is in direct proximity from the tram stop taking you directly to the Syntagma square in the center of Athens, while at the same time there is in front a bus stop that will take you directly to the airport.
