A fully equipped modern kitchen allows you to cook a meal or a quick snack, while the coffee machine and kettle are for those moments when you want to enjoy a hot cup of tea or coffee.

Stylish Athinas House is not just a place to stay, it is in the ideal location to be close to all the major points of the capital, the apartment is between the historical center of Athens, the Athenian Riviera and the large port of Piraeus and has everything the means of access nearby (buses, trams, metro)



Specifically, right in front of the accommodation there is a bus stop that runs 040 (Syntagma-Piraeus) 24 hours a day, in addition, the X96 airport bus stops nearby at the Tzitzifies stop.



Our accommodation is located in the cosmopolitan neighborhood of Kallithea, the exact address of the accommodation is ideal because it offers privacy but at the same time it is in the center of the action as it is on the main road with cafes, restaurants and shops in the area



The three major hospitals (METROPOLITAN, ONASEIO, REA) are very close and easily accessible

At a very close distance (500m) there is the cultural center of the Stavros Niarchos Foundation, one of the largest parks in Athens with the National Library and the Lyric Stage and an artificial canal that reaches the sea, various events are held there, ideal for a walk and relaxation.



Also, the bike path around the park joins the Flisvos marina where it is full of restaurants, cafes, pedestrian streets and areas for children, where the largest private yachts of Athens are hosted.



In the port of Kallithea you can take the one-day cruise Hydra Poros Aegina



You can easily reach the Acropolis and other cultural sites of Athens by public transport in 15 minutes, the same applies to Piraeus which is the main port of departure and arrival for ships heading to the Greek islands

Payment is required before check-in, as per Greek law.



We completely understand this might be frustrating, and we sincerely wish we could make it easier for you. However, we are legally obligated to comply, and without this payment, check-in is not permitted.
