Fabulous stay

The staff are so friendly and accommodating. We needed taxis at 2am and Yiannis was always available. The room was pleasant, clean. Added bonus the kitchen we could use for tea and coffee, water available also. We were at a dog show at the equestrian centre and it was very handy location. I would definitely rebook again. The only one thing I would add is twice the shower water was cold and couldn’t shower. However I can highly recommend this place . Value for money is exceptional.

Double M Gets a Double Plus from Me

This is a local guesthouse 10 minutes from the Athens airport. It's in a town with an excellent restaurant right around the corner. Everything was clean and adequate with a family member, Giannis, providing airport shuttle at a reasonable cost. He was very friendly and helpful. I would stay there again without hesitation.

An apartment building turned into small rooms with no real amenities you can expect from a hotel facility. It’s a nice Airbnb facility for an overnight stay etc. It’s in a small residential area of a small town outside the airport. The interaction with the personnel was great and everything was very pleasant and friendly.

The taxi driver acted like he could not find it, triple charged us! This is an apartment, NOT a hotel! Not close to airport as described nor hotel as disguised in name. The guy who met us at the place & took us to airport, was very kind & patient.

We only stayed for one night because we were flying standby and didn't get on the first two flights leaving Athens. We made our reservation last minute because of this and the property owners were very accommodating despite the lack of preparation. The apartment had 2 bedrooms with plenty of space in between which gives the sense of privacy. There was a shared kitchen that was stocked with plenty of water which is needed in a country where you can't drink the tap water. I would definitely stay here again and found the owners to be very informative and kind.

We stayed at Double M for a layover, and it was very convenient place to stay. Hot water for the shower worked immediately, which is something we always look for when traveling. Due to our delayed flight, we unfortunately arrived a little later than we'd wanted but a staff Double M stayed late to let us check in, which was very generous of them.

Our room was very clean and the beds were comfortable! However, when my friend took a shower the bathroom flooded, and it pooled into the bedroom. We only had our two bath towels to clean up the mess. It seems like this may be a common issue because we could see issues from prior water damage on the vanity in the bathroom and the floors were all tile with integrated drains. Overall we were there for one night, and it was a nice place other than the bathroom flooding. Just wish there were signs in the bathroom or something to prepare us for the drains getting backed up.
