The rooms were clean and comfortable. It is in a very convenient location. We walked everywhere from the hotel. They don't have a restaurant, but our room came with breakfast at a near by restaurant. It was lovely and so much food. We were glad we took advantage.

Great boutique hotel. Very simple lobby, so unexpected how nice the rooms are. Small, but very comfortable (Cosy room) with a double sink bathroom and great shower. The customer service is excellent!! Location is great. Right next to the Pláka, but quiet. Would def stay again.

This is a great little boutique hotel in the Plaka neighbourhood. It was within walking distance to shops and restaurants and very close to the Acropolis. We could see it from our room! The staff were very friendly and helpful. I would happily stay here again.

The room is modern, the bedding is comfortable, the shower is great with two sets of showers in the bathroom. It has the best amenities. The breakfast is in a nearby cozy restaurant, very good. The front desk is friendly. Good location.

Ideal Plaka location

Reception is very tiny, but the room was well sized for a European room. We had a double on the 3rd floor. Elevator worked. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. Breakfast was at a cafe down the street and was fantastic! We had an early ferry to Hydra one day and we got it to go (yogurt with granola, fruit, breads and jellies). The staff was quick to fix issues (housekeeping forgot to leave towels and we needed safe assistance). They were very friendly and had recommendations ready. The location is really perfect. We walked to everything but the Archaeology Museum. Plenty of restaurants to choose from (try Symposio). A view of the Acropolis from the road in front. City noise level, but not horrible because it’s a small street. I would go back. I wish I had taken pics in the room but they do look like the rendered drawings from the site.

Great location and beautiful rooms!

We had a wonderful time at Esse! The rooms are beautiful and the amenities are top notch. The complimentary breakfast at the restaurant around the corner was delicious. The location couldn't be better, truly. It was about a 10 minute maximum walk from most places we needed to go. One thing I will note is that the noise from street on Saturday night was really loud and lasted until the early morning hours. Even with that, I would stay here again in a heartbeat!
