We recently (July 25) visited as a family of 4 for 2 weeks and would 100% stay here again. The area is perfect travelling distance using the metro and tram and you can be at the Acropolis etc within 10/15 minuted journey. The area of Neos Kosmos is a busy area that isn’t over run with tourists, but mostly locals going about their daily life, it’s a perfect escape from the heavily populated tourist areas. The apartment we stayed in isn’t perfect, it’s not a show home and has very minor repairs and touch ups needing done but it was perfect for us with 2 children under 8 years old. The staff are absolutely lovely and treated my children so well, standing having conversations with them, remembering their names and generally being very welcoming as were all of the locals we met and chatted to in the area. I would 100% recommend if you want somewhere to relax after exploring Athens

I stayed in the one-bedroom maisonette with jacuzzi and there is only two issues that keep me from giving this hotel a 10 out of 10. Instead of using one mattress there were two mattresses joined together which made sleeping in the middle weird. Also, the couch on the first floor was dirty. Other than that, everything else I loved about my stay.

New unit, very clean and comfortable, also very secure. Only thing I didn’t like was that we had to use a code to access the unit and entrance, not very convenient when you are traveling from a foreign country and your internet is not working! There is nobody to talk to. We were so lucky that the cleaning lady was there and she helped us talk to the owner to get the code to come in.

We were in a very nice two bedroom apartment in a cute little neighborhood. We had everything we needed in the unit, and they even had a room service food delivery company that we used quite often. It was a quick walk to the metro so that we could get to all of the attractions nearby. The people who worked there were a very good to us and everything was exceptionally clean. You will definitely need to travel a bit to get to restaurants. However, there are many coffee shops and some cute little markets near the suites.

Lovely stay! New building made it even nicer. Considering it was an apartment in Athens it was still very spacious. The 3 balconies were nice. The stays were a little challenging but manageable. The security blinds were made it feel safe and dark. Bed was comfortable enough. House keeping services were appreciated. Quality of the building material may not be the same in 5 years as it was already showing that it’s falling apart. And if motorcycle park across the street from the tiny parking garage doors than getting the car into the parking lot is a nightmare, especially with the unnecessary garden walls/curb getting in the way. Would definitely recommend they change that. Overall an enjoyable stay though and would go back. It’s close to a subway station and very fairly priced for March/April.

The apartment was very modern, clean and well taken care of. Great as a home base to enjoy Athens. Close to the tram and metro but not crowded with tourists. Unfortunately there is no laundry available. If you book parking be sure to follow up as we had an issue upon arrival. They did sort it out for us, but it was frustrating that we thought it was secured 8 months before arrival, and then we were told no availability when we arrived. Apartment cleaning service was a nice surprise especially since we were there for a longer stay.

Value for money luxury in Athens

Modern luxury in suburban Athens. Great bedroom and bathroom facilities. Parking available for a small fee, easy to use once you work out the angles (tight streets). No laundry facility which would make it perfect. Still highly recommend, cabs are cheap and local dining was excellent.
