This modern apartment was renovated in 2018 and is located in Koukaki-Acropolis area next to a metro station (100m) and walking distance from the Acropolis and its new museum (300m). The apartment covers 95 square meters, it has 3 bedrooms, a living room with a flat screen tv and a dinner table, a fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom and a balcony with a table where you can sit and enjoy your lunch or dinner. The two bedrooms have a queen size bed and the third bedroom has 2 single beds. At the living room there is a sofa which can turn into a double bed. Free wifi is available at the apartment. Finally there is lift access, central heating, air condition in all bedrooms as well as in the living room, water heater and double glazed windows.

Chris was very responsive and the check-in process was easy. The location is perfect for walking to all the major sights and we did not need a car. There are good restaurants, coffee shops, and grocery stores nearby. The kitchen is not as well-stocked as other places we've rented, but did have the essentials and we found everything we needed to make a few meals.

This was a great find! It is close to everything and was so easy to get to. There is a subway and bus stop nearby plus it was easy walking distance from shopping and restaurants (recommend Greek Stories and Arcadia for meals-great, friendly, and gluten free choice!). Chris was very communicative and even helped us get book rides to and from the apartment for our arrival and departure and for luggage storage. The space was exactly what needed for our group and we would stay there again. There are some small maintainence things to be done, but Chris was totally willing to take our feedback and work on them. The couch was so comfy and the rooms are great size and the ac was awesome. Definitely a great location for anyone but especially families!

Perfect Location, Great Space

What a great find! Apartment was in the perfect location, was spacious and clean, and the hosts were communicative and quick to respond. Would recommend to anyone looking for a great spot in walking distance to many of Athens incredible attractions.

After cruise stay to see Athens

All is as pictured. The kitchen could use more glasses, etc if you say can sleep 8, however, all is there and very clean. Beds were very comfortable. Neighborhood is fantastic with coffee shops, stores and restaurants. We loved the neighborhood. Chris was very quick in responses and even arranged transportation from cruise port and then to airport. Very welcoming. Would stay again.

Best place to stay in Athens

We are so grateful for Chris and Zeta! Their home was perfect for our stay in Athens. The location is great--it's a short walk to the Parthenon and so many restaurants and shopping. The apartment was clean and had everything we needed, it was bigger than we were expecting. You should also check out their coffee shop, we went both days we were there. Check in was easy and he even helped us get a driver to and from--Even our driver went above and beyond to help us out. We would absolutely recommend staying here if you're in Athens--We will definitely be back!

Great stay near Acropolis

Owners are amazing to help get taxis/rides set up to from airport. They also allowed us to store luggage at a nearby coffee shop. The building safe secure and has a lift. The second floor is an American 3rd floor but easy to determine. The apartment has great A/C that cooled off in a hurry when with high temps outside. Comfortable beds and lots of room to spread out after a long day exploring Athens. Easy walk to tourist spots and other neighborhoods. Coffee Central is highly recommended as well as Romatella pizza around the corner. We would stay here again if and when we return.
