In compliance with Greek law, each guest is required to provide certain personal details requested by the Greek Tax Authority. All information is handled with the utmost care and confidentiality. As part of our pre check-in process, we will also require a valid passport ID





To make your stay even more comfortable, we can help arrange a few optional extras upon request: airport transfers, grocery shopping before your arrival so the apartment is stocked, guided tours around Athens, and mid-stay cleaning. Quiet Hours (Greece Regulations)



In accordance with Greek law (Police Order 3/1996), please respect the official quiet hours:



Summer (April 1 – September 30): 15:00–17:30 and 23:00–07:00

Winter (October 1 – March 31): 15:30–17:30 and 22:00–07:30

During quiet hours, the following are strictly prohibited:



Loud music, TV, or any high-volume noise

Shouting, loud conversations, or disruptive gatherings

Singing, playing musical instruments, or dancing noisily

Any activity that may disturb neighbors (including in common or outdoor areas)

Please note that Greek law is strictly enforced. Failure to comply may result in fines or legal action.
