Massive space and great breakfast – Ideal for groups of guys We had a mixed experience, but overall it is a decent choice for the right crowd. The Positives: The breakfast was brilliant! It is served in a restaurant right in front of the flat with 5 different options. The food was plenty and delicious, and the coffee was actually great. Also, while getting into the flat was a bit of a challenge, the staff at the restaurant were very helpful and managed to get us in. The Space & Condition: The place is HUUUUUGE—seriously massive. However, it could really use a renovation. The sink in the toilet is dated and the paint is peeling badly off the walls in several areas. The AC units are also very old; they provide some heat, but they had a bit of a stale smell. Technical Challenges: The shower was a real puzzle with 4 different handles and switches; we never quite figured it out in 3 days. NOTE: You must press a button for hot water and wait 10-20 minutes. Even then, there isn’t enough for 3 people to shower in a row, so you have to keep pressing the button. Verdict: Definitely recommended for a group of BOYS. It’s an ideal place for 6-7 people to have fun and stay together. However, I wouldn’t recommend it for girls, as it lacks the comfort and maintenance they might expect.

I give the cleaning ladies(Amy, Lisa,Elly)excellent service! Great gals they could be my friends! The staff, specially Ana was very helpful. Thank you all very much! The hotel is located in a very convenient location, close to everything. Walkable to everything, even to the supermarket, pharmacy, shopping centers, and convenient stores. The breakfast next door (Tartufo restaurant) is excellent! But if you’re staying 10 days like we did, it got boring /monotonous. It would be nice if there’s some more choices. You can see the Acropolis in the balcony. The bed was very comfortable, the shower was amazing with good water pressure. We can stay here again if we go back to Athens. No hesitation to recommend the place. Take a note that there’s no TV in the room, but it didn’t bother us.

We stayed for 3 nights in September in a 1st floor room. On our first evening we received am email with apology explaining there was exceptional circumstances & there would be no power for up to 2hrs from 8am the next morning. We adjusted our day by getting up early on our holiday to limit this disruption on us. The 2nd morning of our stay we planned to sleep in later, unfortunately we were woken up at 7.50am with a pneumatic drill drilling in the basement which caused the walls in our room to vibrate. We spoke with the receptionist on duty but found her unsympathetic & unhelpful to our problem. Her only advise was to use the earplugs provided! I have since written an email to the hotel manager, which I have had no response too. Our final morning we were again awoke to a tractor filling in a hole outside the Hotel again before 8am in the morning. I booked this Hotel because it promotes soundproofing in its description in its rooms, I therefore do not expect to find earplugs upon arrival in my room. The hotel has a good location, was clean & the restaurant next door provided a good breakfast, sadly this was all let down by the noise disturbance we received during our stay. Therefore if you require a good night sleep, look somewhere else to stay.

The hotel is in a perfect location and it's always squeaky clean (smells really good too!). Staff are incredibly friendly. We stayed at this hotel twice during our trip to Greece, and both times, everything was perfect.

We had a great stay, walking distance to all major attractions. Lots of restaurant, bar, coffee spots just up the street. Easy metro trip from the airport. Very clean and all the staff we talked to were very nice. Bed was comfortable, bathroom was a good size and the shower had great water pressure. I would stay again.

Hotel was extremely clean and comfortable! We had 2 rooms- one with twin beds, the other with double. We were pleasantly surprised with a lovely terrace area off of our room! Bathrooms were new and lovely with rain showers. Unbelievably convenient to everything! Walked to the Acropolis. A perfect stay! And so charming!

Stayed here with a family of 4. Clean, modern, and in a very walkable area with tons of restaurants and shops. Beds had clean sheets and bathroom was modern and also very clean. Can’t beat the close proximity to Monistriaki Square. Despite being in a crowded, popular tourist area and right off a main street, we were surprised at how quiet the room was. Check in was extremely easy and front desk staff was very helpful and friendly. Would absolutely stay here again!

Excellent location, walking distance to nearly all tourist sites, 2?’in away from metro station, therefore easy access to the airport. Tones of restaurants and street food around. Hotel is new, modern, clean. The only regret we had was that we could not operate the ac control until the last night. We followed the instructions but it did not work. Other than that everything was perfect.
