Bad communication

The only time they responded to us was to confirm check in and check out. We had 1 air conditioner in the main living room which was not working, we would need to reset the water heater every couple of hours for hot water if we wanted hot water, they only gave us 1 set of keys , they only left us 2 rolls of toilet paper and communion was terrible. I left several messages with no response. The place was nice in a convenient location. It was clean.
