Quand je suis arrivée en soirée il n'y avait pas de chauffage dans la chambre c' était très froid et il n'y avait pas d'eau chaude non plus. Mais au matin tout était revenu. Heureusement qu'il y avait beaucoup de couvertures. La jeune fille Evelyn à la réception de jour a été extrêmement gentille.

Our stay with Piraeus City Hotel was excellent great customer service with Lobby clerk on the day we arrive and the day leaving. Providing us taxi and recommendation for us to travel as first timers. Breakfast was delicious and the staff in dinning were amazing. Definitely coming back with them in our next trip.

A Comfortable Place to Stay

Desk attendent helpful and enjoyable to interact with. He gave an excellent advice. The beds are very comfortable, and the little balcony outside the room was a nice surprise. I would definitely stay here again.

Loved it! My only complaint was the free breakfast was not good. The only thing that was free was some fruit and bread. Any actual food was at additional cost. Just wish I knew in advance! Otherwise, amazing!!

Staff were welcoming, professional and very helpful despite my check-in around midnight and a very early check-out two days later. So busy in the morning, no way to book a taxi, had fo go down to busy street and got ripped off by a taxi for 60 euros instead of 15 euros promised by the hotel. They should have let us reserve the night before like other hotels do.
