We stayed at UPSTREET for three nights. We loved the place. It was so clean. It had everything that we needed. The wash machine, drying rack, hair dryer, refrigerator and clothing iron all came in handy. We found the location to be very well located for walking through out Athens and finding places to eat. Only one night did we have difficulty sleeping due to a loud party, but that was not the owner's fault in any way of course.

Balcony was to include outdoor furniture which it did not. Property details for the unit I booked also included blackout drapes, dishwasher, oven, laundry detergent, none of which were in the apartment. I contacted the property manager about all these issues and was not offered any remedy, only that I may have been confused by photos on the site. The tv didn’t work which we determined the remote needed new batteries which we had to buy. I had mentioned to the property manager that the tv wasn’t working but was advised to make sure it was plugged in and nothing more. The one thing I was looking forward to was sitting on the balcony at the end of the day but could not. FYI, the bathroom was clean but the shower stall is very small so it’s not for anyone of size.

Served its purpose— good location, basic facilities, etc— but was NOT like the photos. Did not have the same aesthetic/appeal as the photos. Was disappointed in the “bare bones” feeling, but it did its job. Close to the center, metro, and all attractions very walkable. Host responded very quickly, but didn’t give more than the basics even when requested additional things (coffee, towels, etc)

Great location easy to get anywhere in Plaka on foot. A bit noisy due to motorbikes. Could use some reading lamps in the bedroom and a lamp in the living room

The location was excellent. Close to everything you want to see, lots of food choices. The entrance to apartments does not look like one in pictures. Threw me back a bit but apartments are nice.

Great stay

The room was clean and tidy, with everything needed for a pleasant stay. It's close to the city center, so there's hardly any need to use public transportation. A few small tips for improvement: adding screens to the windows and doors due to the presence of mosquitoes, and providing more towels.

Loved this apartment. Spacious, clean, comfortable, well equipped. Just a few minutes' walk from bus stops and Metro station at Syntagma Square, and lots of restaurants in the area. The huge balcony was such a bonus. Thoroughly recommend this apartment.

The location was great for easy access to shops and restaurants. Taking the M3 train from and to the airport was very convenient, it was a just a few blocks walking to property. The D4 apartment door was difficult to open. You would have to time it right and use enough force to push it open.

Sad holiday in Athens

Upstreet rental is located where you can walk to all sites easily. It was quite dusty and the kitchen had small like cockroaches insects make appearances every so often. On the first occasion after coming back from sight seeing, the fridge was turned off, I didn’t think much of it but someone came in the apartment, on the second occasion, I was robbed of my personal belongings. I called Upstreet, they didn’t respond to my uneasiness but rather gave vague empathy. I called the Greek police, gave my statement. Quite disappointing from Upstreet to communicate only via Hotel.com and not take the situation seriously. Upstreet sent a person who quite strangely didn’t follow up on the situation. Weird. The police did ask what was Upstreet response to my being robbed. A lot of people hang around the front door on street level. I always made sure the door was locked behind me and the apartment’s door also shut. Upstreet questioned my ability to shut the door. The building is old and not maintained well at all. A sad ending to my holiday.

About the property: very nice central location. It’s near most of the tourist attractions. Many highly reviewed restaurants within minutes walk. Recently renovated apartment. About the property management and checkin: very prompt responses and friendly. The check in process was hassle free. You submit information online and the management will send you key codes to unlock building and apartment before arrival. Very easy.

Loved it, very very pleased.

Absolutely excellent place. Very clean neat tidy and cozy and charming. We loved it! Everything worked great, and it was right in the middle of downtown and all the interesting sights and sounds to see and experience, a very short walk to the Acropolis, the Plaka, etc…. Highly recommend.

Fijn appartement , schoon en genoeg ruimte . Het zit echt in het centrum waardoor de meeste bezienswaardigheden op loopafstand zin. . Ook zijn er veel leuke restaurantjes gewoon beneden in de straat

Appartement idéalement situé pour visiter le centre d’Athenes. Très bien équipé, calme, spacieux et confortable. Le seul petit point négatif a été les erreurs de code d’accès à l’immeuble et à l’appartement au début. Mais en appelant Upstreet, ceci a été vite réparé. Cela peut arriver … Et le reste du séjour a été parfait.
