Pros:quick communication with the host people.Good location to downtown (7-10 minutes)Bathrooms and kitchen seem upgraded3 king bedsNice patio areasFenced yard for petsHot waterCons:Driveway seems like a 60 degree slope, have to park in the street.Neighborhood is very loud (trains all night long, loud cars, sirens)Neighborhood seems unsafe (broken down homes, worn down)Home wreaked of MarijuanaNo nightstands like the pictures show. Literally a piece of wood screwed to the wallBugs in the showerHuge window in front door, no way to cover it. Window in back bedroom, hung clothed to block in.Window in upstairs shower, which is clear and the neighbors could view in. Had everyone shower downstairs.Home needs some TLC other than cleaners. Door knobs were falling off, blinds broken and missing the piece to open/close.No where near worth the price we paid.Contacted host for a refund, told to contact VRBO, who were no help either. Will never stay at this location or book through VRBO again due to their lack of help. Virtual assistant is meaningless.

Upstairs shower with window. Used a towel to try to block the view.

overall, I don’t have many complaints besides the steep driveway. Upon entering the house, it was very clean, It smelt clean and looked it. Beds were comfortable and great communication with the host.

Weekend Visit to Atlanta

Pros: convenience to being so close to downtown, host responded to phone calls quickly. Cons: was not as clean as expected, air conditioning would turn off randomly, driveway is so steep we couldn’t get a cars up, be prepared to park on the one way street. No check in or check out procedures were left out by the host, was given the door code and WiFi information but that’s it. Location is good but overall not the best neighborhood.
