Great location, horrible Hotel

The air conditioner did not work in my room. Due to the air conditioner not working, there was a nasty, horrible smell. We had to open our room door and crack it to get some kind of comfort. The next day, ten people were at the front desk complaining about room service and unclean rooms. We were informed that we needed to call to request cleaning, but we were not told this when we checked in. When I went to the front desk, they told me they had no towels available, but later, they did have some. The shower was filthy; if it cannot be cleaned, it needs to be replaced. Unfortunately, I do a lot of traveling for my job. However, I will not be coming back to this Comfort Inn.

AC worked but room seemed damp; lamps were old and sofa upholstery (vinyl?) was cracked and flaking. Breakfast wasn't great on the first day, and for each day thereafter less and less was available because "the order hadn't come in"; by the last day there was just stale bread, packaged muffins, and those waffles you make yourself. Staff was nice enough! But I sensed scheduling issues and possible inter-staff Drama(tm). Parking lot seemed to have people hanging out smoking. In short, hotel needs updating.

Fantastic service!

Fantastic service! Lynthia is good at what she does! Stay was great, room was clean, TV in room needed HDMI port service, couldn’t connect anything to it. Cable worked fine.
