This property is close to many things, and is very walkable to those places. Very scenic. Great room as well with nice amenities.

This hotel was a basic place. The beds were super worn out. The elevator was a death trap rarely working. And the elevator alarm woke people many times during the night. The food was easy to over look and walk away with indulging in. The carpets were tore up in every room. The toilet in our room ran for 2 nights wvwn tjough i brought it to the desks attention the first night. They clearly surbibe off of drunk college game attendees. And there are no signs of reinvestment in the property. Notjing seemed new or updated anywhere.

What I did not like about the property was the bathrooms needed to be updated the water kept running in the tub after we turned it off, the drain would not close down or open back up properly so the water stood in the tub while showering, and you had to hold the drain to let the water out. Worst of all, the elevators had issues. My sister. brother-in-law, and nephew were stuck in the elevator for over 45 minutes and they had to call the fire department to get them out which then caused us to be late to the venue and that cost even more issues throughout the day. It was very frustrating and my brother in law is claustrophobic. Yes, the staff was nice and helpful, however, we were told they could not assist us with disvounts from the inconveniences because I did not book directly with the hotel and went through a third party booking agent.

This property needs to be shut down. it is outdated; the customer service is out the window. The Flooring dirty, there was a bug on the wall. The bed was hard. Don't expect a safe environment, nor cable television. Do not book.
