Our first room smelled like mold and had mildew growing on the nightstand. We were moved to another room where we found roaches. We left the hotel at 1am because we felt disgusted.

The elevator door had to be pushed and held down multiple times before the doors would open or move from floor to floor. The elevator opened between floors causing patrons to step up or down to enter an exit elevator. The lines and signs for handicapped parking are almost nonexistent. The room had no air conditioning. When a call was made to the attendant working, he did not seem surprised by my call. A quick response that he had no available rooms and to contact the manager in the morning. Was not helpful in the least

My trip to this hotel was great. I was near I 75 and near all the Atlanta attractions. The hotel rooms were clean, the staff was hospitable, and the breakfast was free and delicious. The hotel is a little older, but is served a purpose I needed.

Our stay was good. The room was comfortable and clean. Breakfast was geat. The only negative would be the street noise coming through the room AC Unit. Otherwise it was a nice place to stay at a reasonable price.

RUN

This place looks great from the outside, but it is obviously is a motel inside. The tubs were not standard size. The floors were unclean and the elevator had chipped paint all around. The lights did not even light up. The coffee pot in the room still had dust on it and the desk with drippings from the prior guest. The room was not cleaned properly. There are a lot of rules. You cannot take food to your rooms from the restaurant. There is a 150 Deposit. There are more. Too many to name. The ONLY good thing is the convenience to Georgia State.

Stay away!

Stayed here previously and while never a 'luxury' property it has gone downhill in many ways. Mainly the cleanliness is very poor - sheets on bed weren't changed before my arrival! I don't even want to think about what else was not done. The smell just walking down the hallway was unidentified but not good. The outdoor area pictured is a nice respite but is designated as a smoking area so there's that to smell as well. Simply put, the cost savings - in comparison to other hotels in the downtown area - is simply not worth it based on my recent stay.
