The staff is professional and very helpful. But the rooms are absolutely in terrible condition , the carpets smell , the bathroom doors are broken and falling apart . We were at the poolside and even at 2 pm there were people partying around the pool with loud music and lots of kids running in the corridors , even on the 4th floor where our friends were . It was a nightmare.

Giving an extra star because the property itself was more like a resort and the rooms were nice as well as the restaurant. However, they acknowledged we had paid through a 3rd party when we checked in. When the charges settled on our card we had for deposit, we had been charged again for both rooms. I have attempted billing and left several messages with no response from them. I am currently in dispute with my credit card and the 3rd party. The 3rd party has also informed me they are having a hard time contacting them. For this reason, I would avoid them altogether.

This hotel should be shut down.

Stay far away from this hotel. We were enticed by the price, but that was a mistake. Outside is full of homeless people. The circle drive is full of cars trying to park, unloading, or waiting for valet. It's very dirty on the outside. Inside, the lobby is crawling with people playing music, yelling, running all over. The check in process is a mess, they send everyone to the e-check-in desk which is nothing more than a woman who hard-sells you to add on tourist packages and tickets to attractions. The a/c is not working well. And it was IMPOSSIBLE to sleep. There are street races non-stop from midnight-4am out front of the hotel. About every 10 minutes like clockwork, super loud cars race by. Sleep, is not possible in the South tower. Things are so bad, this hotel has enough rent-a-cop security in the lobby to overtake a small country. It's run down, and a terrible look for Wyndham. Will not stay here again. Just pay the extra $40 and stay across the street at the Marriott Marquis.

We just needed a place to stay for one night while we attended an event a few miles away. We got into town late unfortunately and the attached parking garage/ valet was full. We were directed to park in a garage across the street. This garage was absolutely foul, to the point I was nearly physically ill. It did not feel safe, either. When crossing the street to the hotel, my husband was nearly hit by a car. The room itself was clean enough but it stayed hot throughout the night. The thermostat was very loud when it turned off and on, waking me every time. For a one night, quick turn around, not spending much time in the room, it was acceptable. The lobby and pool area are lovely to walk through and the staff at the front desk were kind and welcoming.

Hotel was nice and pool was fun. Room was clean. Dining option was just ok. The daily fee was a bit much, steep for what you got (WiFi? And a $10 credit at store?) Daily fee should have included parking. Only valet parking available at $55 day. Nearby parking lots were cheaper however should not be used due to lack of safety and security. We tried the first night and came back to our car being ok ( thank goodness!) But two others had their windows broken siding the evening before. Unfortunately this hotel is located in such a run down and unsafe part of ATL - I wouldn’t return.
