Good Rate, Mediocre property.

Pretty average and somewhat tired property for a Courtyard, but the price was decent. No breakfast included. Landscaping needed around the exterior, especially in the back.

Building/ rooms were old and not what the pictures showed. The suite was supposed to be big enough for 5 people. A king bed and a pull out the fits one adult does not fit 5 person occupancy. The pull out was dirty and had crumbs and food underneath it. Would not recommend staying here unless you are in a real pinch. One of the other individuals staying there said this was the oldest Marriott in the city which makes sense as it looked like nothing had been updated in years. The ruby Tuesdays next door was absolute trash. Would highly recommend not going there also.
