Great stay!

There was a little confusion at the beginning of the stay for two rooms —one room was ready and another one wasn’t at check-in. We decided to head to dinner and returned where the issue was fixed. Other than that, everyone was super responsive and friendly. The rooms were comfortable and housekeeping kept us stocked for our entire stay. Hotel is convenient to shopping and the Marta. Will definitely stay again.

Last year, great service. This year, a few room problems (broken coffee machine, phone and tv internet streaming problems; honestly got tired of reporting issues). Staff was either super or noticeably unbothered. It’s a nice facility at a good price with access to beautiful grounds though.

I stayed at the Crowne Plaza Ravinia from July 3rd to July 6th while attending the NAM (National American Miss) pageant, and everything about the experience was fantastic. The hotel was clean, quiet, and felt very safe—important when you're traveling for an event like this. I really appreciated how walkable everything was; the location is excellent with nearby shops and restaurants just a short stroll away. Despite being so close to conveniences, the area still felt calm and peaceful, which made for a relaxing stay. Customer service was great throughout—everyone was helpful and professional, making sure guests had everything they needed. The overall atmosphere was welcoming, and the hotel handled the busy pageant weekend with ease. I would absolutely recommend the Crowne Plaza Ravinia to anyone attending an event in the area or just looking for a safe, well-located place to stay in Atlanta. I had a great experience and would definitely come back!

All I can state about this Hotel is that it was NOT worth $150 each night of staying there. That hotel was basically normal. It wasn't ANYTHING luxury about it. Cracked walls outside the window seals facing the perimeter's busy highway. You could barely see the streets or anything!!!! IT was just normal. It wasn't nothing great about Atlanta and I'm from Florida.
