Absolutely terrible service by the night manager and flithy rooms, we had to change rooms 3 times because the first was dirty and had lady bugs , and the second was even dirtier with tobbaco debris uncleaned in the sink and the third one was a worse room then the first two we had as there was no couch and it was smaller, absolutely horrendous and I would like a full refund

The room was very clean. The hotel was beautiful and conveniently located near the Perimeter Mall and various restaurants.The breakfast buffet was delicious, and the staff was excellent, even being very professional, to an unexpected red hat wearer (apparently a Trumpet) looking for attention.My overall experience at this hotel was wonderful from checking in to checking out. I will be back and definitely recommend the Crown Plaza Perimeter at Ravinia again.

When traveling I always try to stay at a Crowne Plaza property. They are always well maintained, staffed appropriately, and very accommodating. However, the Crowne Plaza. In Atlanta was one of the best properties. The grounds were beautiful! The service was 5 star. I cannot say enough about this specific location. I will definitely stay here again.
