When i checked in why are you asking me if i need 2 beds, when i clearly made reservation for 2 bed non smoking. Gave me room smelled like smoke b4 entering room, room horrible dirty old towels plaster all over walls. Lets not even talk about breakfast there were watered down juice, some frozen muffins and waffles that front desk person just set out from freezer this I call the No Tell Motell

I had 2 feelings sheets one on the bottom look like a day old blood on it and people outside your door by the steps talking all night long the TV did not have cable it was tuba and the internet kept going around and around and around

The only good thing was they are close to the airport. First problem was parking. They sell parking spots for fly and park and the people who actually book to stay there are left fighting over a limited amount of spots. The hotel is older and there is a gap in between the door and frame so it's a draft of cold air coming in constantly. The shower is old and the pressure was not the best. If you are there for multiple days housekeeping will not come by. Even after asking several times I was not giving turn down service. Instead they gave me my own towels and linen to change myself after 2 days of constantly asking for housekeeping to stop by.

I understand the hotel have an business but i pay 900 something dollars for my room to have sit in my car for 3 hrs to wait for an parking spot, when I've been at work all night and im not parking my car in another row,because people go in your car,im seeing cars parked taking up two parking spots and being told by the hotel, they can't do anything about it,which puts me back of sitting in my car waiting for hours to park my car,i don't appreciate this when i pay to much to this hotel to sit here be handle and put to where i have to sit in my car for hours after I've been at work all night 😡😡

Good location for airport and Convention center. Nice red maple changing leaves. Some of clentel rough on atmosphere and enviornment. They would abuse in quantities of sugars used, raided the only fruit. There was smell of "weed smoked" (as verified by indepenent source. Noise of departing aircraft (GOOD for me but my bother others). If one has car, easy in and out. If no car hard to get anywhere or even a coffee. the floor in room may need a mopping. Good to have nice hangers.
