The worst customer service and not compliable for people with disabilities. I booked this for my father with low vision and they force you to create a whole online portal and he couldn't finish all the way and I called to say It couldn't be finished and no one was helpful and when he got to the property there is no front desk or anyone to help check in its all online and then I got a call that since he couldn't finish the sign in on the portal they cancelled his visit entirely and it left him stranded at the building at night with a vision disability and no one on customer service could help book a new room or make any sort of accommodations and did not care at all. This is the worst business I've ever had to deal with and I am very frustrated about all of it.

DO NOT CHOOSE PAY AT PROPERTY OPTION This company charges immediately. I had made a reservation, and upon finding a cheaper price, cancelled my current reservation and rebooked. Both times, I was charged immediately, and now the property is making it very difficult to get a refund for the first reservation (which was free cancellation btw), saying it’s on Expedia, and Expedia is saying it’s on them, when the charge is directly from Dorsen. Garbage disposal was broken in kitchen sink so it filled up with water, missing pots, soap dispensers in shower were empty, hallway smelt of trash, it wasn’t relayed that I paid $40 for late check out so I had cleaning crew knocking on my door when I was still sleeping. This company is a scam. Book elsewhere

Great location, easy access, good room. We didn’t have any linens for the pull out though and didn’t know who to contact since there isn’t a manned desk. Luckily I had a blanket in the car. Not sure what I would’ve done otherwise.

The apt was ok but the TV didn’t work the entire stay and no gym access. Both amenities were listed as part of the stay. I reached out to the Dorsey but I never received a follow up.

The room was in good condition. The sofa bed was missing spings so it was difficult to sleep on. Also the bed was extremely uncomfortable which left my back and body sore. The neighbors above was loud. Very nice building. I never met any of the staff.

I had multiple times where i tried to enter the property by putting in the code provided and was not able to get in my room, the parking situation was chaotic and at timesI didn’t even have space to park, I had items go missing out the refrigerator when i wasn’t checked out and I have put in a complaint, I did not enjoy my time and I will need to be compensated for my missing items.

The staff was very courteous. The room I stayed in hadn't been cleaned properly. I checked in around 5 am. I sent an email around 6 am. I was able to notify the staff passing by around 1130 am that the sheets were stained. There was visible crumbs on the counter. There wasn't any toilet paper.were cobwebs up high.
