This vrbo is for a savy travel willing to download and use an app to open the gated doors. The vrbo is lovely but property is not family friendly. Loud noises from above and outside the door. Pool was not clean and we did not feel comfortable using it.

This was a great stay - the property exactly as advertised, we were a group of five, that included three teenagers. We weren’t expecting oak pollen, but that is a March April norm in Atlanta. Was really in the center of all things we wanted to do. The neighborhood and the people of Atlanta - friendly, welcoming, and courteous.We had the smallest of questions and the owner was responsive. A bonus not often seen was the complex’s use of breezeways. While and interior unit, all doors open to outside fresh air. Parking on the entry floor was really helpful. Didn’t realize it was too early for the pool to be opened, our first day was 80 degrees. This was a great find, terrific value, would absolutely be back.

Apartment and host were nice. The apartment was mostly clean, but there was visible mold in all the air vents. Apartment complex itself was a bit dirty and not well maintained, but obviously that’s not the host’s problem.

We had a great stay! A quick 15 minute walk to the Mercedes-Benz stadium was way better than dealing with parking or ride share before/after the show. The apartment itself was very clean and comfortable but some places in the complex and parking garage had trash everywhere; that’s the only reason I gave it 4 stars. The host was very courteous and prompt! Great price for the location, will stay again!

The inside of the apartment was to my standard when it comes to a vacation spot. It almost felt like luxury living. Cleanliness was a issue in the kitchen and bathroom. What really made me give it a 3 was no elevator in the parking deck leading to the apartment, and safety was a major concern because of the closed in hallways outside and no lights. There was a half bag of ice left in freezer so refrigerator couldn't have been cleaned before I arrived. There was also a live bug crawling across the counter in the kitchen on my last morning there which I brought to the attention of the owner. No issues with host at all. He was very quick to respond to messages, and notified maintenance immediately after I notified him of the bug issue. All in all it was a very good stay. Don't judge the apartment by the parking deck. Wish I had known beforehand that there was a pool. I wasn't able to enjoy it anyway because it stormed while I was there.
