Driveway parking is not permitted. Any additional vehicle must use legal street parking or nearby parking decks where available

All guests & visitors must comply with house rules & any instructions provided by the Property Manager during the stay.

Personal property brought onto the premises is at the guest’s sole risk. The owner is not responsible for loss or damage caused by fire, accident, acts of God, criminal activity, negligence or plumbing or utility failures.
Garage storage areas are locked & contain cleaning & maintenance supplies; access is prohibited.
Electrical panels in the garage should not be accessed except during a power outage.
Trash & recycling must be disposed of properly: use kitchen & bathroom bins for small trash; larger bins are outside by the side door.
