We did not get the room I booked. As a matter of fact, they downgraded the room they gave us and didn't say anything. We got upstairs and I called down and said this isn't the room type I booked and it was then I was told they had downgraded my room and did not have the room type available. Corey at the front desk was wonderful, the hotel is clean and well set up. We were iffered a credut and stayed for 3 nights. I think they should have communicated the room situation better.

The hotel is near restaurants and the mall. The room was clean with plenty of space. The staff was welcoming. When I used the wall plug, the socket leaned back into the wall. The price for my room was reasonable in my opinion for New Years Eve. They have snacks, drinks, and other things for sale near the front desk.

The room was smaller than I expected. There was no microwave in the room so we queued at the lobby trying to warm food. The receptionist we met when we arrived was very warm and welcoming. Sorry I didn’t get her name. We needed the trash in the room taken out and the wet towels changed but got back later in the evening and nothing was done and the room had a stench.
