Beautiful building.

I was given a suite which was super nice. It's a nice hotel in a lovely old building. Not a brand new room but was still in good condition. Very clean and tidy. A bit short on towels. Just a short walk to the MARTA metro and only 5 minutes into downtown

They seem to be having a lot of technical difficulty. When I checked in the young man at the desk literally ran my card five different times twice having to sign for it. When I push back on having to sign he said it was necessary. And then when I went to go check out at 4:00 in the morning I was told I could not check out till 5:00. It was just a lot of weird things being said and also too much personal information being asked or shown. Not a comfortable feeling

Very good for the price

Really great layout of the room (we had a "suite" with separate living and sleeping spaces. The location was great but a lot of transient people outside. The hotel was in good conditions, used the gym and breakfast which was adequate. The only issues were the door was really hard to open or close , there was only one mirror in the bathroom only which made getting ready for 2 people more challenging, and there was a pet odor in the room. Otherwise all staff was absolutely amazing and so friendly, the water station was a great help to remember to fill our bottles when leaving or coming in and again the staff was so friendly!!

Unsafe area around the hotel. Hot water did not work for 2 days in room. Complained both days and was finally moved at 10:30 pm on my second night to a new room. I was looked out of my room mid day on day 2, I was told computer system had no record of me being at the hotel- all of my personal items were in the room at the time. While taking a conference call, housekeeping walked directly into my room without knocking and noted they thought my room was unoccupied. Worst experience.

Old property sold off by another chain and these current operators have NOT maintained the property. Non-working AC unit…..confused front desk staff, and crappy surrounding area.

Door locks didn’t work right. Check in very slow. Didn’t ask for a deposit until I was checking out? Not sure if they’re going to give that back but that’s usually there’s something they ask for when you check in if they need to have a card on file for incidentals. So that was weird.

The staff was very attentive and helpful. However, the TVs in the room did not work and the room has obviously not been cleaned properly before our stay. Very overpriced for the quality of the building and cleanliness.

My time at this hotel was pleasant. My room was clean and so was the bathroom. Breakfast was really good. They did this cute thing where they made me and friend guest of the day. They gave us a bag with goodies inside. The worker's at the front desk were nice and welcoming. The rooms and the bathroom could use some updating but the overall the condition is clean. I will definitely return.

Great staff, comfortable bed.

The staff was friendly. The staff was friendly. I don't usually sleep well the first night away from home. The bed was so comfortable, I had the best sleep I've had in years. I really like their valet system, even though I don't like having to valet park. I never had to wait for my car. The hotel is convenient to the Metro and Underground Atlanta.
