I liked the breakfast because there was a variety. The staff in the breakfast area were courteous and helpful. I did not like that there were small bugs crawling on the bathroom floor. I did not like the fact that the room smelled musty which I assumed was from the carpeting which looked dirty.

I requested a handicapable room of which they had no problem providing. One electric shade didn't work and no one came to look at but nbd. They just lost a star for it. Every thing else was excellent. A very quiet location and a Zaxbys right there. The breakfast was excellent. The staff was awesome. Overall a VERY NICE EXPERIENCE. I would absolutely highly recommend. I 10/10 will stay there again.

This was a nice hotel in a good area. The staff was very friendly and informative. The room was clean and had good water pressure in the shower. The breakfast was good and had a decent selection. We would stay here again.

Nice Staff!

Our room was clean but smelled old and tired. I would suggest a refresh of the flooring SOON! The lobby furniture needs refreshing too. The breakfast and staff were very nice and kind. One thing that astounded me was there was NO drinking water unless you purchased it! I felt Holiday Inn Express would do better than this.

The floor I stayed on was very noisy, which made it hard to relax. Additionally, the bathtub wasn’t draining properly, so I couldn’t take a shower on my last day. The hotel definitely needs some maintenance and improvements.

Was told I could do early check in and still got in around regular check in because house keeping had to clean rooms, which what caused the delay, when I got there another family was waiting to check-in and was sitting there for a couple of hours, after was told the same thing I was told about check-in.

Not impressed!!!

This hotel is average, suitable only for sleeping purposes, lacking any distinctive features. The breakfast is satisfactory, and the attendant is exceptionally friendly, which is the sole highlight regarding the staff. Rooms are dimly lit with minimal windows, and exposed cables from the air conditioning unit are visible. The room has an outdated feel. Front desk service provides average customer service. It is acceptable for family events or work-related stays, but I would not choose to return!!!
