The young lady that checked us in ( I forget her name ) was very polite and greeted us with great consumer service. I had a room and my sister and brother in law had a room. The first rooms we were in had bugs ( lady bugs and stink bugs) everywhere. The doors looks like they had been busted through to the point they had gaps between the frames and the door. The bugs were so bad we requested to be moved rooms. The lady mentioned above handle our request to move with care and promptly. Once moved the rooms were a little better as far as the bugs went however later in the evening my toilet wouldn’t flush and the water continuously ran. I called the front desk ( speaking with a different lady than the one who checked us in) and was told there wasn’t maintenance on site so I would have to wait til morning. So any business to be handled on the toilet #1 or #2 had to sit in the toilet for hours including overnight.

I liked the breakfast because there was a variety. The staff in the breakfast area were courteous and helpful. I did not like that there were small bugs crawling on the bathroom floor. I did not like the fact that the room smelled musty which I assumed was from the carpeting which looked dirty.

I requested a handicapable room of which they had no problem providing. One electric shade didn't work and no one came to look at but nbd. They just lost a star for it. Every thing else was excellent. A very quiet location and a Zaxbys right there. The breakfast was excellent. The staff was awesome. Overall a VERY NICE EXPERIENCE. I would absolutely highly recommend. I 10/10 will stay there again.
