Beware, When Booking - Not King Beds

I recently stayed at the Hotel Colee, Autograph Collection in Atlanta, and while the property itself was stylish and well-located, my experience was marred by a significant issue with my room. I booked a room with a King-sized bed, but upon arrival, I found that the bed provided was only 66 inches wide—an Olympic Queen size, not a standard King as advertised. I brought this discrepancy to the attention of the front desk staff, specifically speaking with Tanisha. Unfortunately, my concerns were not addressed, and I spent my stay in a room that did not meet my expectations or the promise made at the time of booking. The hotel's ambiance and amenities were otherwise pleasant, but accurate communication about room amenities is crucial, especially when bed size can significantly impact comfort. I expected a higher level of service and transparency from a property under the Autograph Collection brand. I hope the hotel management will take this feedback seriously, ensuring future guests receive accurate room descriptions and a better resolution process when issues arise. While I see potential in this hotel, my experience left me hesitant to return without assurance that these concerns will be addressed

The hotel was very nice. The room was up to date and very comfortable. They have a lot of amenities and they’re located in the perfect spot. Only issue was a constant loud noise above us that sounded like weights dropping even though the gym was below us. It was truly annoying being woken up to that first thing in the morning.

Never again!!!!

I will NEVER stay at this hotel again, this was the first and last time. The check-in process was smooth, however, once we got to our room, things took at turn. In the first room, the heat wouldn't work, so the engineer came to fix it. Then, the sink was clogged, we had to call him back to fix that. By this time, I requested a new room. The second room was good to go except, there was no microwave. So, we had to move the microwave from the previous room to the new room. Next, we checked the bed and there was black hair on it. I was OVER IT at this point!!! The pictures online are deceiving. I won't stay here again, even if it were free!!! The only good things were the breakfast and lobby music. Stay at your own risk!!!
