First room we got had dog poop in the fold out bed. Then the next room had dirty floors and hand prints still on the bathroom mirror. Also only one usb plug in spot worked out of them all so for a family of 5 we didn’t get any of our phones charged. But at least there was no poop in the second room. Over all the hotel felt dirty and Grungy. I would definitely classify this as a 1 star hotel.
The room had a bad smell to it there were yellow stains on the bed sheets, bathroom door was off hinges, and many chips in paint all around the room, hallway walls were dirty as well

The property is just beat up and old. The room was clean, but the rest of the building was run down.
The room was disgusting, the floors had a layer of grime, there was black mold on the ceiling of the shower, the bathroom door was broken and the entire room was damp. It was overall a terrible experience and we will NEVER stay there again. Incredibly unsanitary and unsafe for our family!
I left a jacket and came back to get and was given the run around.

Decent for the price
There was dog poop in the elevator and hallway. The front desk person cleaned it up right away. The outside of the hotel is also a little run down looking
We were given a room that someone was currently staying in and walked in to there stuff. We were given a second room and it was so dirty - the sheets. It had not been cleaned. We were offered a third room but declined and went elsewhere. Also there’s no bolt on the doors - the ones they have let the door open 2-3 inches still. There’s not card access to the hotel anyone can walk in. It’s not a safe hotel.
I was very disappointed in the hotel. I was put on the fifth floor. The elevator did not work. I had to use the stairs the whole time. I found a roach in the room. I did let the attendant know.
The kiosk check in is very weird. Something was left on the desk chair, the roku tv didn't register for tv, so we couldnt watch tv, chips and blemishes in furniture, window blind wouldn't go up/down.
the room was nice. But you deal with a computer screen. I prepaid but they took a deposit. Then didn't give me all the $ back which is why the rating is so low. You can't just take people's money. they hung up on me twice when i called. the elevator didn't work before 7am and i was up and out long before then. they didn't tell me that and put me on the 6th floor with a dog. no customer service. No humans.
