Desk person obviously new: double charged for incidental fees. Senior person showed her how to correct it. As of today corrected balance is not fixed and I’m still showing a double charge. They were both very friendly and professional. No facial tissue in room upon check in and none added next day during room cleaning.

The room was larger than expected. Very clean and comfortable. The day staff was very friendly and helpful. The night staff was helpful but she was on her cell while checking me in so it was confusing. The breakfast was great, in fact I thought it didn’t start until 7 but it started at 6. Everything was great. The facility is having construction at the entrance but it wasn’t an issue.
