This is the first hotel where I saw guest had to put their bags on the trolley and use it themselves to get their luggage to their rooms. At other hotels, there would be a bellman that does this kind of work. Maybe that is how this hotel is operated but I do not know this for sure.

It was so nice to have a pull out couch in addition to the two beds. With two kids one was able to sleep on the couch so that they each had their own bed.

Nice stay overall

The hotel was nice and in walking distance to Truist Park. The bathroom was very small. It was hard to sit on the toilet or shower without closing the door to the bathroom.

Great stay but not with pets

It was a really nice hitek, very clean and good area. They lost 1 star because we had a suprise dog fee of 115 in the morning! Nobody mentioned it when i booked or when we checked in. That's very steep.
