1. It was strange that I had to pay $12 for 24 hours despite having a room at the property. In my opinion majority of guests visit to the property with a vehicle and it would be great to get complimentary vehicle parking. 2.Sofa bed was not comfortable at all

I had a very bad experience living here especially on the last day of my stay. People bang doors all night and the noise clearly comes inside the rooms. People were banging doors, running in the corridor, talking on phone at 2 am in the morning. They started making noises from 9 pm and kept doing until 3 am in the morning. I called on the reception to complain and they said, no, no one is making any noise on the 6th floor without even checking or saying a simple thing "let me check". Then I had to go out to request them to let me sleep. I will not recommend anyone to stay here. The brand name is big but when you actually see it, it's way below a nice hotel.

Despite the scratched up headboard and the couch that's clearly been there too long, the room was very nice. However entering the property I felt that the lobby needed maintenance. The automatic sliding door sounded like it was about to fall off as it opened, which made me want to turn around and leave before checking in.

Fine for a night, but won't stay here again

I will never stay here again. From the moment we walked into the lobby the heavy stench of marijuana filled the room. I chalked it up to maybe someone had smoked outside and then came in... but it didn't stop in the lobby. We could smell it in our room as well on the 4th floor. (Not as strongly- but there was still an odor of it as if maybe someone had smoked in a room near us) This was VERY off putting for my family and I. When you stay somewhere you expect comfort and cleanliness and the smell that went throughout the lobby and even in our room made everything feel dirty. Our room was accommodating for the 6 of us and it was fine for a one night stay, but I definitely won't recommend this hotel or stay here again.

My amazing hotel experience

This place was amazing. The peace and quiet in the atmosphere was top notch. Their breakfast was great. The staff Susie and Chantice were two of the most kind and friendly people i have ever met. They treated me with the utmost respect, answered any questions I may have had, helped me with finding a good restaurant to eat at that wasnt too far away. Their customer service was outstanding! I can see why they were chosen to work the front desk. They really know how to treat people and are very fun. I would highly recommend this hotel. My only negative feedback would be get more comfortable pillows they need more stuffing in them, other than that awesome hotel.
