Reserved a room with 2 beds and a pullout sofa bed for our family of 5 (including 3 kids). Upon arrival, we were informed that even though we had booked that room that it was not available anymore (we already paid and booked it)! We were told we would have to get 2 separate rooms (again we have 3 children…) Upon getting to one of the 2 rooms with a single bed and a pullout sofa, the sofa bed did not have any sheets or bedding etc in the room anywhere, the phone in the room didn’t work at all. We had to go all the way back down to the lobby to ask for bedding. Then we were told that they may have found a room for us that was what we were originally booked for.. and that it was probably clean.. whatever that means. The bathroom had ants crawling everywhere. Honestly this was just a nightmare and if we hadn’t already paid and weren’t already so tired from our drive, we would have most certainly just went to another hotel in the area. This was the worst hotel experience we’ve had.

When we arrived at this property, we were told our room was not ready. Check in is listed at 3 PM and we did not get a room until 6 PM. When we got to our room, we immediately noticed it was NOT clean. There were stains on sheets, dirt on the floor, the shower was a mess, and it was not a specialty room which we had paid for. While I waited in the room, my husband went downstairs to address the issues. In that time, the hotel had already reassigned our room so another guest walked into the room while my kids and I waited. This was extremely scary. Then, we were finally given a new room (an hour later) and upon entering that room, we had similar issues. Large purple stains on WET sheets and an unclean floor. After hours of issues, we ended up cancelling our stay.
