We stayed three nights and were not informed that the turndown service was by ‘request’ when staying more than two nights. Had to make our own beds take out our trash and collect fresh towels ourselves. We told staff 3 times that our blackout blind curtain was broken but nothing was done. We didn’t see daylight out of our window the whole stay. Very loud ac. Very loud fridge. Dirty floors. Pretty rubbish overall and won’t return

You can tell this is an older hotel that has recently been renovated, but it is nice in a good part of town. The rooms were big, beds were comfortable but the pillows were not.

Unfortunately, my experience at this Hyatt location wasn’t what I expected. When we arrived at night, the lady at the front desk was a bit rude and didn’t make us feel welcomed. Once we got to our room, it looked like it hadn’t been properly cleaned — it felt like the last guest had just left. We requested a different room, and while they did change it for us, the new room was barely any cleaner. As for breakfast, it was okay but nothing special. It was the same selection every day with no variety, which made it a little boring after the first day. Overall, I expected a better experience from Hyatt. Hopefully, they can improve their customer service and room cleanliness moving forward.

Floors in the hallways were filthy. Desperately needed to be vacuumed. While my room was clean, the TV didn’t work and when I went to the front desk for a new remote to try, that didn’t work either. I gave up. People were slamming doors all night and I got zero sleep. The audacity of charging $75 for my small dog in a filthy hotel was just too much.

A wonderful inexpensive stay!!

At check in Keke was absolutely so wonderful. We were exhausted from our workday and travels. And Keke brightened our spirits from being so polite and provided outstanding customer service. Fantastic staff! Few repairs needed

Ali was friendly and welcoming! The staff here make coming here a pleasure, even housekeeping! Remodeling is almost done and looks great so far! The room assigned needed a few repairs: missing drawstring to raise window shade, microwave missing piece that makes the turntable inside turn your plate of food for even cooking, and the power outlet by the kitchenette sink was not working. All in all, love coming here and will return in the future!
