Stayed for my birthday. Hotel is beautiful and conveniently located downtown and room was great. Parking was a little confusing as I stayed during Old School Saturday weekend which was extremely busy but I would do it again.

Surprisingly a 2-3 star type experience.

Started with a very late night arrival. Not their fault. With that said, only one person at the counter and took far too long to check in. Put me in the International Tower where getting an elevator to the 17th floor was impossible. Only one elevator running and it mostly went up and down without ever actually stoping at the lobby level. Much of the Linens were tired.

They were very accommodating, especially regarding my need to check in early and check out late. Guest services accommodated my needs, as well. The room was clean and comfortable, and the food was great, though a little overpriced.

I had a great weekend at the Hyatt Regency Atlanta Downtown, despite usually avoiding downtown ATL. The location was perfect, the staff was friendly, and the room was spacious with great city views. The amenities, like multiple restaurants, were a nice touch. It was a relaxing stay, and I’d definitely return!

Loved the facility and the location. The parking/check in process was a disaster, no directions, no carts no help from employees. Additionally. The bar closed before we could buy 1 drink after our initial victory in Atlanta. There were probably 100 people waiting and the bar closed while filling 1/2 of our order. We were sold 2 glasses of wine, but they refused to deliver the two beers we ordered.
