The rooms were nice and clean, also very beautiful decor throughout the entire hotel! But the best thing about our stay was the staff! Staff were top tier, from valet, to front desk, the bar as well as housekeeping!

I booked a room on the 21st club floor for the included breakfast that the front desk staff makes sound real fancy but I’m here to report it’s the same exact food just less crowded. Overall 3/5. The rooms are nice and clean.

The check in lady was awfully slow. I was extending my stay not a new reservation and she took forever to check me in even though all my information was in the system and she took other guests in between when I decided to walk away from her and came back to pick up the keys later from someone who knew what they were doing. no interest in staying at this hotel anymore in the future.

Check in was outstanding, bellmen (Eric) great ,front of house very efficient Bar service was super, the young man bartender was a real treat, taught us how to smoke an Old Fashion!! Needs Improvement; Tried repeatedly to order room service via phone , rang with no answer for 15 minutes, finally ordered on line , slow delivery Checkout Called for bellman to help with luggage, waited 15min , called back , waited 15 more minutes , went to front ~deck, long line, finally went outside and Eric apologized and came directly back up to room, brought them down and loaded car ( he needs a raise!!)
