I liked the happy hour. I liked the room. What I didn't like was the staff. Probably the most uncaring staff I've ever encountered at a hotel. Without making this a long review, the woman who checked me in has poor customer service skills. I arrived at the hotel shortly after 1:00. I asked if my room was ready she made a phone call and it was determined that the room wasn't ready for the next 2 hours I set in the lobby and I sat outside but closer to 3:00 I saw more and more people checking in. Now the woman told me she would text me when my room was ready. At about 3:30 I asked her what's the room ready and she said it was showing dirty. But she connected with someone in housekeeping and they told her the room was ready. So the woman didn't apologize but her next question to me was " how many keys do you want, baby?". I asked her to repeat that and she looked at me and said, "how many keys do you want?" I told her to I then requested to see the manager. She went back in Fatima came out. I knew right away she didn't give a damn about my concern about having to wait while others checked in before me. In fact Fatima said well you don't know the circumstances behind them checking in before you. I said no I don't, but I do know I've waited over 2 hours wild new arrivals for checking in before me. Long story short I told Fatima she really didn't care so there was no point in continuing the conversation. There were other things, but I've reached my 1500 character limit.
