One day stay only

You have to bring your dirty sheets to the front desk to have them clean. To get clean towels front desk. No room service. Breakfast just buy your own. Couldn’t break down my stay cause I did it online. Toilet kept running. Lights went out for three hours No accommodation for that and my fruits went bad. It was soo hot.

Check in went ok. No problems with that. The bathroom was dirty. It was hair in the shower and on the toilet. Our door didn't close completely. The shuttle going to the airport went fine. He was very helpful and nice. Now trying to get picked up from the airport was a different story. I called the hotel to confirm pick up for that day

Walking to the floor had lots of paint and was uneven in places. Door look was partially missing in door frame, walls plugs very loose, shower water spillls on the floor. It looks like it is being refurbished, but not completely done.

Overall Dreadful Experience

Though the desk clerk was friendly, the facility was in total disrepair with open electrical connections in the breakfast room ceiling, a horribly filthy hallway, items stacked randomly in hallway niches, poor furnishings in the guest room, no doorknob on the bathroom door, hair on the bottom of the shower - totally disgusting!! The shabby lobby was an indication of the whole facility. Breakfast was basically non-existent, with only poor quality coffee and dirty, empty serving stations. The overall experience was awful - we will do everything to avoid stays at Wyndham properties in the future!!!! Our money was poorly spent.....

I had a terrible experience at this hotel for a night and would never recommend it to anyone. First, the elevator smelled like throw-up. The hallway had a strange smell. The room I was in had a ball of hair on the floor, a smoke detector missing, the bathroom doorknob was missing with a paper towel to fill in the hole, hair on the towels, mold under the sink, and a filthy shower floor. I even killed a few bugs on the wall. Luckily, I took several pictures as proof of how things are around there.

I didn't stay as they were sold out. the man at the front desk was very good canceled my reservation no fee at that time it was 3:00am my flight had been canceled due to poor weather in Atlanta the hotel is listed as closest to the airport in Travelocity app. this is misinformed actually over 2 1/2 miles from air tram there are side walks the entire length of the walk to hotel. it was a 2 star hotel I didn't see the rooms or anything but I've stayed at hotels like this in past list airport shuttle in fine print only to airport 6am to 9am
