This property is ideally located just 1 mile to Midtown and Emory University Hospital Midtown, and a 7-minute drive to Georgia State Capitol and downtown. Close to Ponce City Market, Fox Theatre, World of Coca-Cola, Aquarium, Mercedes-Benz Stadium, and Olympic Park.



Guest Access:

Guests will have access to the entire condo, including the private balcony with park views. However, please note that the building garage is reserved for owner use only and is not available for guest parking. Free street parking is available nearby, and we can provide recommendations for convenient options.

The Neighborhood:

A former industrial area, the Old Fourth Ward is trendy hub attracting foodies and shoppers. The Atlanta BeltLine’s Eastside Trail is a converted railway line for walking and cycling. Nearby, Historic Fourth Ward Park has a skate-park.



Getting Around:

Marta Station North Avenue is 1 mile away. The train takes 25 minutes to the airport ($2.50). You are a 5-10 minute Uber or Lyft from anything Downtown or Midtown, traffic considering. There are BYRD scooters for rent on every street corner per availability. 12 minute walk to the Atlanta BeltLine Eastside Trail.
