Missing the plot

It’s just ok. I feel like they tried to hard to make it look cool that they forgot the plot of it being a hotel. The room didn’t have a phone number on the phone just a Alexa to say; can I have towels which it just told me to go downstairs. So weird

I chose Hardrock brand hotel because I knew from experience that I would be safe and comfortable staying in a city that I was not familiar with

Worth checking out at least once...

I loved how all staff members did not hesitate to greet me each time I came into view and how attentive they were to notice that I had no clue about anything in the hotel. So that made me feel supported. For the price of the hotel, I do not think it's too much to ask for a complimentary breakfast. The restaurant prices were too expensive and there is no refrigerator in your room if you wanted to keep your food in there so you were kind of forced to eat at their restaurant. For the price of the sandwich, at least include the fries with that. The bathroom sliding door did not feel secure for me. I was sharing a room with my son, so that bothered me. I prefer doors that shut and can't easily slide open on their own.
