The front desk hospitality was simply amazing. Mrs Ruby and Taylor were phenomenal. They greeted me daily with a hello, very helpful when I asked questions. I watch as they were the same with other guests. They are both gems. I was in town from California for a conference and mentioned to my wife about my experience and she will be coming with me next year. The hotel was super clean and the staff was so friendly. Everyone was happy and always greeted us. Breakfast was crowded but there was plenty of food and seating. Overall this was an amazing place to stay

The only thing worth the stay was maybe the view the AC the phone and the bathroom door were broken of the first original room that I was in then they moved me to a second room which had sticky floors a stain of somebody’s body fluids on the couch, red sticky candy stuck to the floor Headboards were all scratched up bathroom shampoo was hanging off the wall the fact that I even had to pay for this night was ridiculous. Would never stay there again. I do not recommend save your money and your time plus $50 for overnight parking when you’re actually staying in the hotel Overnight they should provide that automatically especially in those condition not a five star resort for such prices

Back to the Air B&Bs for me

We didn’t like the excessive parking cost, the valets were very nice though. Apparently they only started fleecing costumers for parking in the last year or two. We stayed there because of the proximity to the aquarium. The room was comfortable. The toilet paper holder was falling off the wall and the light was out on my side of the room. The breakfast was pretty bad. The staff was all very nice except for the person in charge of the breakfast.
