It was not ok. We didn’t have much of a choice because we had reserved online and couldn’t get our money back. It took 30 mins to get someone to the window to check in at 8:30. Then the toilet was stopped up and had to change rooms, they also took another $100 for “Deposit” when you check in. If it’s cash you get it back when you check out but if it’s card it takes a week or two. There was dog feces everywhere, even on the stairs. The only thing for breakfast was a couple pieces of bread and cereal. No plates and On the last day there wasn’t even bowls for the cereal. On the 2nd day we didn’t have water when we were trying to get dressed for the day. The smell Of marijuana was overwhelming, although there was a sign that said no marijuana. They were doing some work on one of the rooms so there was loud noises and mud and holes. The ice machines around the building didn’t work. There was one inside that dropped Ice, but there wasn’t a scoop for it. I’m assuming the pool was closed because it was green, slimy and filthy. There is a sports bar in the same parking lot. Every time you order something it was different though. I ordered nachos 2 days in a row and what came on them was completely different than the day before. Same for the tacos. I give it 1 star because we had a roof over our heads and ac/heater and most of the time water. Besides that it was nowhere I would recommend or stay again.

There was a ton of thick red mud everywhere on the side walk and in the parking lot. I almost fell getting out of the car and it didn’t get any better. They made no attempt to clean it up and it had not been raining for days. Don’t know where it was coming from but it’s a health hazard.

This place is in horrible condition, smells musky, paint peeling from all the doors, curtains filled with holes, paint peeling from bath tub. The dining area was dirty and unsanitary. I skipped breakfast cause I could chance eating as this is definitely the worse hotel I have every booked on hotels.com

Appearance is misleading and not up to date. Policies are not transparent and vague listed on Expedia in reference of $100.00 cash deposit. I paid ahead of time and within half an hour arrived at location to be happily greeted about there’s a deposit from rep. I stated i was not informed of this I would like a refund and she stated “You’re not the first it happens all the time”. So they know people are being misled but refuse to disclose this important information and take people’s hard earned money for free in exchange for nothing. Who knows how much free money they have collected. I was not comfortable or felt that it was worth it to have an additional $100.00 tied up with a raggedy establishment. I wanted budget friendly and decent this is not what this was. Because I did not want to pay deposit I lost my money because apparently it is no refund but I was not told it would be an additional fee of a security deposit. This is not okay and they are scammers because once you pay Expedia the hotel gets paid and it’s not right. I will be disputing this because I did not receive services for charges that I was took for. I want everyone to be aware and call and drive by hotels before paying ahead.

Horrible experience

Nasty and awful stay. The breakfast was nonexistent. The beds where hard, water took forever to get hot, paint peeling from ceiling, and no smoke detector.

We were given a room that reaked of urine,the walls were marked and bruised, stains all over the carpet, after bringing to attention, the attendant seemed more concerned if we turned on the lights in the room and were we sure we wanted another room? We were given the room next door...it had a mild smell of bug spray but we tolerated it .the AC was off so it took about 90mins for the room to cool down...the Room was pretty beat up.tge toilet fill valve ran all night. Breakfast downstairs had 4 slices of white bread,Luke warm coffee,no spoons,no lids for cups...the whole experience was a disappointment especially for a Wyndham property.

Room smelled musty, mold like stuff on ceiling In bathroom shower, the paint was chipping off inside shower. When you turn the water on black, dirty looking water would come out from behind the knobs. Overall, the worst condition room I've ever stayed that.

This property is the worst place that I have ever booked. We booked for one night as we were passing through on a road trip and left within 20mins of arriving due to the state of the place. Everything was very run down which we would have managed with but when we got to our room, there was a huge stain on the bed sheets, bugs in the bed/room. The bathroom had all been painted including the acutal bath and this was all peeling and cracking. Outside tyhe whole place smelt of urine. On going to the outside pool it was green and mouldy and filled with numerous insects dead and alive as well as levaes etc. The room was not fit to sleep in and the pool was not fit to use. Instead we immediately checked out and left the property, losing our money and preferring to pay for a second hotel. I would not even allow my dog to stay.
