The primary and second bedrooms each feature a queen bed; the third bedroom has a full bed — sleeping up to 6 guests across 3 bedrooms. The primary bathroom features a rainfall shower. The living room anchors the home with a 55" Fire TV; the primary bedroom has a dedicated 43" TV. The kitchen is fully stocked for real cooking — not just reheating. Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
1) If check out is on a Monday. Take trash & recycle bins to the curb. 2) Make sure faucets are not running and iron isn't plugged in.
Place used towels, bed sheets and pillow cases in separate laundry bins. Used comforters & blankets should be left on top of the bed(s).
Close curtains.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
