Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
1) If check out is on a Monday. Take trash & recycle bins to the curb. 2) Make sure faucets are not running and iron isn't plugged in.
Place used towels, bed sheets and pillow cases in separate laundry bins. Used comforters & blankets should be left on top of the bed(s).
Close curtains.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
