I can't say enough great things about this hotel. Staff was phenomenal! Hotel was gorgeous. We were there for Metallica concert. I can't wait to come up with an excuse to stay here again!

Best Staff in Atlanta!

The staff is amazing. The property needs some rehab, but I'd stay again because it IS a cool building, and the staff were so friendly and helpful. Ate one meal- breakfast. Too damn expensive, and service was limited at best.

The property pops up when you search "Breakfast Included" this is misleading, there are restaurants in the area, but the food is not included with your stay, also $45 a night in parking is not listed anywhere. Nice property, but these misleading business practices are a turn off. I would not recommend or suggest this location to anyone I know, there are better options with similar cost per night in the same area.

The hotel looks nice outside and in the lobby but the room was awful. Floor was coming apart, place was real poorly kept and smelled of mold. I did notice the refrigerator had no seal and would pop open. It ran all night. Temperature would fluctuate and the smell…. The hotel also doesn’t have any type of “store” and didn’t even have things for sale like advil, snacks or anything. Not sure how it’s rated over 8 - it’s in bad shape. I will say that the front desk people were very nice.

The outside of the hotel is beautiful. The lobby is very inviting. The hallways and the rooms are terrible. Carpets are dingy, walls are scuffed, furniture is old and looks beat to hell. Found a cigarette on the tv stand. Towels were thread bare. Room smelled like stale cigarette. I assumed I hooked a king size bed. We had a tiny bed where we couldn’t turn over. Bathroom tile was old and very worn. This hotel stay was not worthy of the $250 we paid.

Beautiful historic hotel in Midtown. Friendly staff. Room was comfortable- it was listed as an apartment with a full kitchen, however had to call for mini fridge and microwave. Many dings on the wall from past guests. Only 1 working elevator which created significant delay.

The hotel was a nice mix of old meets new. The room fit our large family. The staff was very friendly. The not so good; its in a very loud part of Atlanta. If your expecting a relaxing quiet experience, this location isnt for you. Also the hotel only had 1 elevator working. On a weekend, especially a holiday weekend the wait times were beyond reasonable. We took the stairs most of the time, otherwise you'd wait 20-30 mintues for the elevator to come. I will not be staying here again.
