There was small damage to ceiling over toilet in restroom, TV channels were basic, food was excellent, still could hear things from street on 6th floor, staff were professional and kind, roof was under construction so wasn't allowed admittance

While the hotel is in a great location and has beautiful features in the lobby, once you enter your room it’s like you’ve entered a completely different hotel. The room itself was very basic. The sink in the bathroom was clogged and drained very slowly. The vents were very dirty and needed cleaning. The doors and windows were extremely thin so we heard everything happening in the hallway and outside. Paint was peeling off the walls and doorframes. The bed was uncomfortable. For the price, I expected better.

Growing up in Atlanta, I had always wanted to go inside this hotel. I finally got a chance to stay there as well. The staff is amazing! The room was well above my expectations! I highly recommend a stay at the Georgian Terrace!

First time staying at the GT. We came for a Fox theater concert, which is across the street from the Georgian Terrace. Food at the Livingston was fabulous. Was upgraded from a one room suite to a two bedroom suite, even though we didn't need the extra bedroom. The suite also had a kitchen, and washer and dryer, which we did not use.
