Disappointing

The Westin is subpar, and has no feel of luxury whatsoever. The room and bathroom felt worn out and run down, room servicing was haphazard at best, and it wasn't relaxing to return to after a busy business day at all. I expected much better and was quite disappointed. Staff were quite friendly though.

If you’re going to be in Buckhead, this is the place to stay. I recommend a corner room with a city view. The Atlanta skyline at night is beautiful. Lenox Square mall is in walking distance. I would suggest eating at one of the nearby restaurants instead of The Palm restaurant in the hotel. The hotel itself was very clean and updated. The staff were all very friendly and amazing. Our bed was the comfiest bed we have ever had at a hotel. This place will not disappoint.

Wonderful!

From the vallet parking, to the front desk and the manager was superb. It was our first time staying there and they rolled out the red carpet. It was our anniversary. We will definitely come back here and stay again! Other than the parking being very expensive it was and excellent stay!
