Room was lovely, view was great. Hotel staff and valet staff were phenomenal. The only hiccup I had was that the door lock was great from the inside, but uncooperative from the outside. It made me feel quite safe, but I had to yank on the door knob at least 3x to get IN the room.

Every time I stay with them for last 4 times housekeeping does a horrible job. They always leave items unclean as glasses or stuff on the floor, no refills etc. they don’t change sheets and don’t make the beds properly the next day

My husband and I had a fantastic time at The Westin Buckhead last week! We had a wonderful stay, even though we did encounter a little hiccup. We really value excellent customer service and how things are managed. The front desk manager, Taneidrea, went the extra mile to make sure we had a truly amazing experience after taking care of the issue. Another manager, Aronta, even reached out to me during my stay to check in, which I really appreciated. And I just wanted to mention Keon, who works at the front desk. He was so friendly and personable, and I really enjoyed chatting with him. It’s always such a nice to meet someone who’s so outgoing and hospitable in customer service.
