🚫 NO Food in Bedrooms – Help keep the home clean & pest-free.

Outdoor areas close at 10:30 PM (Mon–Thurs) & 12:30 AM (Fri–Sun).

🐾 Pet Policy – Your Furry Friends Are Welcome!
✔ Pet Fee: $85 per dog, per stay (non-refundable).
✔ Damage Deposit: $150 per pet (refundable if no damage).
✔ Maximum: 2 dogs per stay (under 35 lbs each).
✔ Provide pet details (breed, weight) at booking.

🐾 All pets must be house-trained & well-behaved. Please clean up after your pet to keep the home fresh for future guests!

✔ Smart Entry & Security Cameras – Front-door security cameras & smart sensors for guest safety.
🚨 Tampering with security devices (including doorbell cameras) will result in a $500 fine & immediate cancellation.

✔ Wildlife Notice – This home is near wooded areas, and you may see occasional insects or small animals. No refunds will be issued for wildlife encounters.
