Great 3/2 home with a comfy basement on a 3 acre lot. Equipped WIFI access, Smart TVs, a spacious kitchen, laundry room, front patio, and a large rear deck that will make you feel at home. The home is only minutes from both Kennesaw and Lost Mountain Park, KSU, Lake Allatoona, Marietta Square, and Downtown Kennesaw. Access shopping at the likes of The Avenues of West Cobb, or Town Center Mall and so much more. Enjoy the convenient access to Kroger, Publix, and Walgreens also only minutes away.

Note that home has a one step sunk-in living room that may not be conducive for those with disabilities.

The home was as expected based on the pictures and other reviews. House is surrounded by large trees which make it feel very private. Surrounding neighborhood is very nice and was great to be able to go for walks in our free time. We were there for a baseball tournament. It's a 20 minute drive to Lake Point. Close to grocery stores and other shopping. I recommend this house to anyone in town to play at Lake Point or anyone who needs a nice place to stay in this area.

Amenities a-plenty

My family of 5 (now all adults) stayed comfortably in the beds. My son loved having a room to himself & having usb connections in his room to charge his electronic devices. My 2 girls shared the room with 2 beds and had no problems with charging their devices with the wall outlets to either side of the beds. The master BR was extremely comfortable and there were plenty of towels stored in the Master BR closet.I loved being able to use the kitchen for cooking up a few food dishes for taking to our extended family gathering. Pots, pans, and bowls of various sizes are all on hand.If you like hot beverages, have no fears. You can make a full pot of coffee or make an individual cup with the keurig pods. Coffee pods, tea and hot chocolate packets were available.My favorite place was enjoying the back porch in the mornings with a cup of coffee. The area was quiet and there was plenty of parking & maneuverability with the driveway.Definitely would recommend it for all persons who are capable of managing a step down/step up living area. I would stay again at this location.

Lakepoint Baseball Family Trip

We had a week-long tournament at the Lakepoint complex. We stayed as a family at this VRBO for the week. Upon arriving and setting up our luggage, the queen bed slats completely fell apart. After further investigation, the slats were already busted and the bed had no support. We contacted the property manager and they offered to bring another bed, but we decided to put the bed on the floor and sleep in it that way for our stay.The house is a bit older, lots of creeks and popping but overall in good condition. Lots of space and that was nice to spread out after staying in the hot Georgia sun most of the day. The laundry room floor leans, but the washer and dryer works fine. I also recommend bringing your own towels, the towels available on site smelled like mildew.

The property is beautiful and in a perfect location. The layout of the house is perfect. When we weren’t at baseball, our teenagers spent most of their time in the basement relaxing and watching TV. The upstairs screened in patio was nice to relax in with your coffee in the morning & listen to all the birds. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything needed for making meals. If we ever have to come back to the area, we will stay here again.

The property was nice and the house in great shape. We were there 5 days, and the last day and a half, a neighbor dog barked a good amount of the time. The owner only communicated through Vrbo and responses were generally not prompt. For instance, our first night we needed sheets for the futon. After muti Vrbo texts, they responded the next day. This was one night without sheets. Apparently, toilet paper is not expected to be provided, however it does not say on the Vrbo site you need to bring your own paper products.

Perfect size with great patios

Overall really great. Driveway a little hard to get in but after a couple times easy to work. Bedrooms were perfect size. Kitchen well appointed and the patios were great. Only negative which is not terrible the dining living space was a step down. My parents are in their 80’s so we had to watch them walking. Just in case you have older relatives

Property was very clean and well stocked for your everyday needs! Host was very nice and communicative. Check in process was a breeze. Location is perfect, close enough to Atlanta but not in the hustle and bustle. Plenty of food and stores near by. Highly recommend!!

Great stay!

This house was perfect for our stay to visit family in town. We enjoyed the basement for the kids to watch tv and the outdoor games we found to play out back. We enjoyed the fire pit one evening also. Great house!

The house was spacious and very clean! We especially enjoyed a movie night in the finished basement. Our host provided everything we needed for our stay and offered nice amenities from coffee pods and paper towels in the kitchen to soap and shampoo in the bathrooms. I would love to visit again when we can make use of the screened in room off the back of the house.

What splendid time! I felt like I was a guest staying in someone's home, rather than in a sterile place that had been built just to rent out. The home is well maintained and very clean with lots of thoughtful touches throughout, including a board games to entertain the family. Wifi was fast and never spotty. The hosts were quick to answer any questions and genuinely seemed to care about the quality of our stay. Was in the area to visit my sister and her kids for Christmas and was lucky to find this place so close to her house. I hope to stay here again and again. A

Wonderful property!

Excellent stay

Traveled to GA for a family wedding. House was great find, close to all family & 45 minutes from ATL airport. Accommodated 5 adults perfectly. Screened back patio was great for hanging out and playing cards. Kitchen was pleasantly well stocked so we did not have to eat out all week . and 2 grocery stores within 5-6 minutes. Would stay again

Best VRBO ever!

The owner was very prompt and thorough with communication. The home was bigger, cleaner and more updated than I was expecting or used to. Privacy is a big concern and this home is extremely private. Check in and check out was simple and quick. I recommend this home and plan to use it every trip to the area.

Perfect for our family 5 for a week

This house was a perfect landing spot for us while we were in town for a baseball tournament. I found it to be very clean upon arrival both inside and out. The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed, and we enjoyed our choice of games in the evening!
