Exhibit E- Pet Friendly Townhome in Atlantic Beach

Both bedrooms serve as private sanctuaries. The master bedroom features an ensuite bathroom, and the second bedroom has private access to the Jack and Jill bathroom for ultimate convenience. Whether you’re traveling with family or friends, everyone can enjoy their own space while still being close enough to share the experience.
Enjoy your mornings with a cup of coffee on the private balcony or take a short stroll to the nearby beach to watch the sunrise. WHAT IS PROVIDED:
Spectrum Rental Properties will provide sheets and bath towels. Beach towels and equipment is not provided. If you would like information on beach equipment rentals, we are more than happy to provide you with a list. Properties will be provided with a starter kit in each full bathroom and kitchen. Each kitchen starter kit will contain a small bottle of dish soap, two dishwasher pods, sponge, and two fragrance free laundry pods. The kitchen will also have one extra trash bag
Each bathroom starter kit will contain a travel size shampoo, conditioner, body lotion, makeup wipe, and body bar.
Spectrum Rental Properties is unfortunately not able to provide additional boxes/bags. This is a starter kit; anything additional will be guests responsibility to provide.


PET POLICY:
Dogs are allowed with a $200 + tax non refundable pet fee per dog, with a 3 dog maximum.
Airbnb guests: This fee is NOT included in your final price. Please notify Spectrum Properties once your booking has been confirmed to add this pet fee(s).
VRBO guests: Guests can only add one dog to the reservation. If you are planning to bring more than one dog, please notify Spectrum Properties to add the additional pet fee(s).
Failure to let us know about your pet(s) could result in a $700 fine.

OTHER NOTES:
-This property has one assigned parking spot. You will be given 2 parking passes; one is assigned to the on-site parking spot (#19) and one to the overflow parking lot.
-No smoking
-The Community Pool is open From April 1-October 31.
-Dogs cannot be left on the balconies, or are allowed in the pool area.
-Dogs must be leashed at all times
