There was mold on all of the picture frames throughout the house. The AC broke around 3am and they couldn’t get anyone to fix it until around noon (it got up to 90 degrees inside the home) None of the balcony door locked. The fan in one of the rooms was broken. half the lights didn’t work. The vent above the bar area was constantly dripping condensation all over the counter tops. the curtains did not have a rod to open or close them and were also missing half the blinds. Website states it a 1 minute walk to the beach and that is false, the walk to the beach is actually pretty complicated with a lot of stairs. I messaged the host before hand abour the walk due to the fact my mother is handicapped and they reassured me it was short and easy, my mother was barely able to make it to the beach most days. dryer had rust all over the top of it. Air filter looked like it hadn’t been replaced in years, we had to change it ourselves. mattress were over 40 years old and also covered in mold. toilet wasn’t even connected to the ground and told us they were going to get a plumber out there and never did. Chair in the living room was broken when we arrived. The refrigerator was broken on the first day, I messaged them about it and they said someone would come out to fix it and never did and we stayed here for a week.

Beach Trip 2024

The property is great. It was beyond expectations as far as clean goes. Had an issue with the dishwasher. They responded ASAP. Located in a nice area close to everything. The pool was very clean and updated. The elevator was a plus Really need to mention this in the rental info and also that the property is in fact across a main busy road from the beach.

Great place!

My family had a wonderful time. Across the street from the beach, a nature trail and pier, convenient and near restaurants and grocery store. Only small issue with the beds. Beds weren't the most comfortable but overall everything was great

Nice but cheap

This is a nice property that was clean and safe. The price was reasonable but there were no linens for the beds. No towels, wash clothesbor hand towels. No dish towels or garbage bags. I have rented several other properties and never experienced this. The owner said it was because of covid but that was 4 years ago. Just feels cheap to me.

Decent enough for fairly low expectations. Wasn’t clear from the listing but it’s across the street from the beach. The pool on the side of the unit was closed for repairs all week. WiFi is rather slow.
