Welcome to "A Better Boat"!

Pool season runs April thru October and changes slightly annually. There is not a hot tub on the property. Also, there is now a swingset/slide on the property.

Newly built and finished in November 2018. 3 story, 3 bedroom, 3 1/2 bath townhome located in beautiful Atlantic Beach, NC. Awesome location just across from the beach with an easy 3/4 minute walk. Close to aquarium, boat docks, fishing pier, restaurants, bars, Fort Macon State Park. Community swimming pool conveniently located right outside back door. Close to Morehead City, Beaufort and all the Crystal Coast has to offer. Parking is right outside of front door.


This beautifully decorated townhome has 3 bedrooms (2 master suites with king beds) and 1 bedroom with twin beds. All 3 bedrooms have an ensuite bathroom. Both master bedrooms have a balcony, perfect for watching the sunset with a cocktail in hand. Queen sofa bed in living room can sleep an additional 2 people if needed.

Kitchen is fully stocked for cooking and includes a Keurig coffee maker, blender, and toaster. Bedrooms are complete with high quality linens (excluding sheets) and plush hybrid memory foam mattresses. Sheets ARE NOT PROVIDED, as we use a small cleaning company who does not have the time or resources to change sheets between guests. Companies that can provide sheets for you for a fee will be provided upon request. All paper products, garbage bags, and bath towels are provided. Front door has a convenient coded lock- no worries about lost keys and easy check-in.

Townhome is equipped High speed Wi-fi. All televisions are SmartTv's, perfect for accessing your Netlix, YouTube, Amazon Prime accounts. Family room and second and third floor master bedrooms each have an Amazon Echo and will play music at your request. There are plenty of board games for the whole family to enjoy.


Kitchen is well stocked and includes a Keurig coffee maker and a traditional pot. Also equipped with Ninja blender, toaster and electric wine opener.

Please note: This is a 3 story unit, not equipped with an elevator. It may not be suitable for small children or the elderly who have issues with stairs. We love the privacy that each level provides, but we want to ensure that all of our guests have the most enjoyable experience.

Always a great choice

We have stayed in this unit multiple times now and also in a couple of other units in this complex. We keep coming back to A Better Boat. I love that it's right by the entrance to the pool and close to the crosswalk to the beach. Ivy is a great host!

Best Rental We've Ever Had!

Beautiful townhouse, so clean and loaded with everything you would want from kitchen condiments to nice washer and dryer, 3 floors, nice for couples' privacy, easy walk to beach and pool right outside door. Home is soundproof; no noise from pool or adjoining walls. We cooked a lot; Food Lion is close by, kitchen had everything from an air fryer to coffee machines; lots dishes, we used all. Great Family Time

The condo was extremely clean with stocked kitchen. Host was very responsive and helpful. All decor was up to date - beautiful fixtures. Everything worked perfectly. Great Location

This is a beautiful property. It is only minutes from the beach. A short walk across the street. There is everything a person may need in the kitchen. Everything about it was comfortable and warm. The owner is easy to communicate with and it is exactly how it is listed. There are many stairs because it is 3 levels. It was not a problem for us, but it could be for someone who doesnt like stairs. The pool was very nice. We fully enjoyed this property.

This is a very well-maintained rental, the cleanest we have ever stayed in. The decor is lovely. Pool was open in early October and warm enough for the children to enjoy. A nice location for accessing Atlantic, EI, Morehead City, and Beaufort. We would stay here again.

We frequent the area and the complex. First time staying in this unit and everything was great. Only small complaint was that the wall anchors holding the curtain rods above the sliding back doors are coming out of the wall so we had to be very careful when opening and closing the curtains. Overall great place and responsive hosts.

Perfectly cozy spot for our girl's weekend

The condo was perfectly appointed and plenty of space for two of us. I think we would have been fine with a couple more people, but not more than four. I loved that each level had a porch and that we could park right outside. Also, the furniture and feel of the condo was very comfortable. The neighborhood vibe was relaxed and seemed family-oriented. The beach was an easy walk, although I wish there had been more/better restaurants options in the immediate vicinity. Bringing our own sheets was a little unusual and kind of annoying, but I would still totally stay here again!

Great Place

The description of the property was accurate. We were a short walk to the beach and the pool was right outside of the unit. Everything you could possibly need (except sheets) was there. The unit was clean! I would recommend A Better Boat!!
