Blinds falling off the wall, slider door felt like it was going to fall off the track everytime it was used. Worst experience in regards to a rental, AC was turned off at arrival, should have been the sign it didn’t work. Well 2 hrs after check in it was getting hotter in the room. We contacted for maintenance, the return call around 6-630pm “It’s after hours we are not coming see you tomorrow”. Tomorrow came, maintenance arrived, couldn’t fix didn’t have part and couldn’t get it. Multiple hours consumed of our trip having to be there to allow maintenance access. They eventually brought back 2 portable AC units. They never did cool the unit. Another guest down the hall upon arrival found their unit not cleaned and ready for occupancy. This place does not have there stuff together, book elsewhere!!

Love Resort Condo disappointing

Love the beach and A Place at the Beach is wonderful!!! Two years ago stayed in a different condo and were pleased. Different condo this time and quite disappointed. Was surface clean upon arrival and views were superb of ocean and bay. Couch and pull-out bed is very old and in shambles!! Couch slopes to floor, bed has very minimal mattress . Put sheets on and 17 year old grandson laid down and head portion immediately sloped back to floor. Unable to sleep on and had to use as couch-very uncomfortable. No way this unit should be advertised as sleeping 6 people!!! At least until a decent couch w/pull-out bed are installed. Old rusted metal chairs are being used in living room, ugh! Both sliding door are difficult to use due to rust and crud in the tracks. Stove elements take forever to cook on all the way up to high. Twin beds uncomfortable. Bed in main bedroom appears to have new mattress which was comfortable. For the price paid for a week we were quite disappointed. Expected much better!!!

Great ocean views!!

This condo has amazing ocean, pool and sound views! The property is great with lots to do. Pool, mini golf, tennis, basketball, shuffleboard and much much! The beds were very hard which made sleeping difficult. The couch was outdated and dirty. We would love to stay here again but the beds desperately need new mattresses.

We love this property and stay often. This unit has a great view and the carpet has been replaced since the advertisement photos were taken. The cleaning could have been a little better as there were food crumbs on every seating surface and dining table. Overall we enjoyed our stay and had no issues. We would stay in this unit again
