I was visiting the shore for a few days and selected this place due to proximity and price. The check in was very quick. The room itself was clean and didn’t smell like cigarettes or products trying to cover up smells. The bathroom was fine and water pressure was good with hot water available within 20 seconds. Parking was great and well lit. The downsides are it’s dated so the bed lamps had no port charging as I forgot mine at home in DC. I used the back of the tv to charge but def inconvenient but also my fault for assuming. The sheets were clean, pillowcases clean but worn out, there were cigarette burns in the blankets which I left for the cleaning staff to see. Overall it was a great value for the end of the summer and I’ve been to worse.

I like this spot when I'm not staying right on the boardwalk.. it's always reasonably priced and I love the deep jetted bathtubs.

It was a very clean room and comfortable. However, bed sheet was torn with holes. There was not a telephone available to call to administration. TV only have available channel with very old programs such as "Bonanza", "Mash" and cowboy movies from the 1950s. The electronic card to enter the room did not work most of the time.

If you aren't looking for a budget hotel then you should probably look elsewhere, because that is what this is, and it's a damn good budget hotel at that! It wasn't pristine or shiny, but the bedding and towels and what have you smelled very clean.There were some scuff marks on the walls and some damage to the carpets, but it was absolutely nothing to complain about especially with the price The only smell was a hint of marijuana in the bathroom, but it's possible that was coming from outside, and honestly I didn't mind that either. For what I paid, the room was fantastic. The bed was very comfortable and the AC worked perfectly. If you like white noise, it does seem to be default on eco, but you can press a button called "constant fan" to keep the fans going for constant noise, even if the ac is on pause. The jets in the jacuzzi did not work (unless I'm an idiot and couldn't get them to work) and the bath slowly drained while I was taking a bath, but I'm not picky and it was perfect for what I needed - just being honest for those who are debating on staying here. The breakfast was tiny but it was cute and standard - bagels, toast, little muffins, two types of cereals, yogurt, and coffee and oj. I got room service once, which I'm fine with, I don't think like having daily room service, so if you do this might not be a good fit. The location is about 15 minutes from Atlantic city and it's an easy drive. Would 100% come back again!

this is an "old-school" motel. Initially, it was listed as a Best Western, but has been removed from their chain and is now independently owned. Everything was fine (although one of the room overhead bulbs needs to be changed). Perfectly fine, but felt dated.

Our room was dingy and not clean. There was blood on the bathroom wall, someone's (maybe beard) hair all over the sink counter (yuk), carpet was very dirty and worn out. This place needs a major deep clean and updates (even old CFL bulbs in light fixtures). Do not believe any positive reviews on the motel, they are fake to boost their ratings. We were very disappointed in this place.

The property was fine, clean and neat. Breakfast was very simple - just okay. Check-in was problematic. They had trouble creating a card key for our room. It took nearly half an hour to resolve it. Also, a $50 deposit was required, which you had warned was possible. The deposit went through and was charged to my card. I called to ask and they indicated it should not have been. However, I received no assistance from them other than wait, it should be cancelled. I finally sought help from my credit card company who has undertaken to investigate. I was not satisfied with this.
